This conversion set can be mounted on both normal and electrified bicycles. The only condition: This set must not be installed on the carbon frame – only on the aluminum or steel frame. The front ski module is suitable for bicycles with an installation width of 100 – 150 mm, the caterpillar module can be mounted on frames with an installation width of 130 – 200 mm. You are welcome to contact us if you are not sure whether your bike is suitable for this.
The caterpillar module is equipped with an Enviolo hub gear. The translation of the chainrings was chosen so that both 7 km/h uphill and 25 km/h on level terrain can be ridden with a cadence of 60-70. In addition, the gear ratio can be varied again by selecting the front chainring.
The brake disc attached to the drive pinion makes it possible to bring the caterpillar to a complete standstill by actuating the brake. This gives you an excellent braking effect off-road.
